Finance Staff
Job Description :
- Monitoring the financial system in order to ensure that the corporate financial are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
- Responsible to assist preparation of company’s budget and maintaining cash controls
- Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys.
- Maintain files and records of corporate finance and reconcile bank statements
- Prepare monthly financial statements to Finance Manager
Requirements
- Male / Female maximum 35 years old
- Degree min. S1 Accounting
- Preferably min. 2 years experiences as Finance Staff
- Proactive and have good analytical thinking
- Familiar and proficient with computer literate and also computerized accounting programs
- Fluently communication in English oral and written
- Work at Tanjung Priok
